Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow online communities across various platforms
Engage with community members, respond to queries, and encourage discussions

Monitor community feedback and share insights with internal teams

Ensure brand voice and communication guidelines are followed
Identify opportunities to increase community engagement and growth
Handle community issues professionally and maintain a positive environment
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing online communities and social media platforms
Ability to create engaging content and discussions
Knowledge of community engagement strategies
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
Ability to analyze community feedback and engagement metrics
Good organizational and time management skills
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3+ years of experience in community management or social media management
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with community platforms, forums, and social media tools
Ability to manage multiple community channels simultaneously
