Job Overview:
Shaip Inc. is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects follow company standards and best practices
Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and clients
Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management or related technical roles
Proven experience managing software or IT projects
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
