Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support via email, chat, or phone.
Monitor systems and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and support activities.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
Monitor system alerts and ensure smooth night operations.
Required Skills
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems
Basic knowledge of networking and system operations

Ability to work independently during night shifts
