Job Description
AiHR Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company services, and generating leads through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Achieve daily and monthly calling or lead generation targets
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Maintain proper call records and reports
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Good listening and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Ability to work under target-based environment
Good time management and multitasking skills
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling / customer support / sales calling
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
