Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to manage procurement and supplier sourcing activities. The role focuses on identifying reliable vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining quality standards to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Manage budgets and control sourcing costs
Coordinate with production, operations, and finance teams
Maintain proper procurement documentation and records
Education / Qualification
Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
Cost analysis and budgeting abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Corporate Responsibility
The Sourcing Manager must ensure ethical procurement practices, maintain transparency in vendor dealings, protect confidential business information, and comply with company policies and regulatory standards at all times.
