Title: HR Executive

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage and support daily human resource functions including recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and compliance. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work culture.

Role & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll teams
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries and basic grievance management
Assist in training, performance appraisal, and engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Support HR audits, reports, and management reviews
Assist management with day-to-day HR operations
Education / Qualification

Graduate in HR / Management / any stream
MBA (HR) or relevant HR training preferred
Knowledge / Skills

Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good documentation and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Team-oriented and professional attitude
