Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries and records
Work on basic accounting tasks using accounting software or Excel
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Maintain office files, documents, and records
Handle administrative work and office coordination
Assist in purchase, vendor coordination, and expense tracking
Support management with reports and data as required
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and office data
Required Skills
Basic accounting knowledge and practical experience
Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
Good organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage admin and accounts work together
Good communication and coordination skills
