Job Summary
Collab Accounting Private Limited is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and daily transaction entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and verify invoices and vouchers
Perform bank reconciliation statements
Assist in GST and TDS compliance
Maintain ledgers and financial records
Support in preparation of financial statements
Assist in audit and taxation documentation
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience in CA firm environment
Proficiency in Tally / ERP software
MS Excel knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
Accounting / Commerce background
2–3 years of experience in a CA firm
Strong understanding of accounting procedures
