Title: HR Executive

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with labor laws.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Handle joining, exit, and employee documentation processes
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries and support employee relations
Coordinate training, induction, and engagement activities
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation
Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling as required
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR or labor law certifications are a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving and employee-handling abilities
