Title: Computer Operator

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage data entry, system operations, and basic computer-related tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data handling, smooth system functioning, and timely reporting while supporting daily office operations.

Role & Responsibilities
Perform data entry and update records in computer systems and databases
Operate and monitor computer systems and office software
Generate reports, documents, and MIS as required
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of data and records
Assist in preparing spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
Handle printing, scanning, and file management tasks
Identify and report system errors or data issues
Coordinate with IT or technical support for system-related problems
Maintain backups and basic system hygiene as instructed
Support other departments with computer-related tasks

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Applications or a related field
Computer operation or data entry certifications are a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Basic knowledge of computer systems and operations
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle routine tasks independently
Good communication and coordination skills
