Title: Office Boy / Peon

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with basic office tasks, maintain cleanliness, and help staff with routine duties to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Role & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, pantry, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required
Handle office errands such as document delivery, banking work, and courier services
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical tasks
Arrange meeting rooms and support office meetings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as assigned
Ensure proper handling of office supplies and pantry items
Coordinate with security and housekeeping staff when needed
Follow office rules, timings, and instructions

Education / Certification
Basic education (school level preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Basic understanding of office routines
Polite and helpful attitude
Physical stamina to perform daily tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly
Basic communication skills
Honesty, punctuality, and discipline
