Job Summary
BCE Global Tech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 9+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, platform governance, and large-scale ServiceNow implementations while ensuring scalability, security, and best practices across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
Lead ServiceNow platform implementations and upgrades
Define technical architecture, integration strategy, and best practices
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
Oversee configuration and customization of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems
Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Maintain documentation for architecture, integrations, and processes
Required Skills
Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform design
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and workflows
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools
Knowledge of ServiceNow security, governance, and compliance best practices
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Eligibility Criteria
9+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
Proven experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) preferred
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
