Job Description
Black Kite HR Services is hiring a dynamic and experienced Delivery Head (Data & AI) with 8+ years of industry experience in leading Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI-driven transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership, strategic planning, client engagement, and leading large Data & AI teams to drive business value through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Data & AI delivery portfolios
Define and execute Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives
Oversee large-scale data engineering and AI/ML projects
Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
Drive pre-sales support and solution architecture discussions
Handle resource planning, budgeting, and risk management
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards
Mentor and build high-performing Data & AI teams
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance metrics

Required Skills
Strong expertise in Data Engineering, AI, and Advanced Analytics
Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
Hands-on understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle & MLOps
Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipeline knowledge
Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Agile and project management experience
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Eligibility Criteria
8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or AI domain
Proven experience leading large teams and enterprise projects
Strong client-facing and business acumen
