Job Description
Black Kite HR Services is hiring an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, model development, and AI-driven solution implementation.
You will work on real-world AI applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing scalable and high-performance ML systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine learning models
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
Implement deep learning models (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
Build NLP or Computer Vision solutions
Optimize models for performance and scalability
Deploy models using cloud or on-premise infrastructure
Collaborate with data engineers and software developers
Monitor and improve model performance in production
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
Solid understanding of ML algorithms and statistics
Experience with NLP / Computer Vision projects
Knowledge of SQL and data handling
Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Eligibility Criteria
4+ years of relevant AI/ML experience
Strong academic background in Computer Science / AI / Data Science
Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
