Job Description
FIRE PROJECTS PVT. LTD. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliation statements
Prepare invoices and process vendor payments
Assist in GST return filing and tax compliance
Maintain proper financial records and documentation
Prepare monthly financial reports
Support audit activities and provide required documents
Monitor expenses and maintain cost records
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in Tally or other accounting software
Good understanding of GST and taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred
2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
