Title: Tele Caller (Female)

Overview
We are looking for a confident and polite Female Tele Caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate effectively with customers, and support sales or service activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products, services, or offers clearly and accurately
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
Follow call scripts and company communication guidelines
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Coordinate with sales or support teams for conversions
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude on calls

Education / Qualification
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent
Graduation is an added advantage

Skills & Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in required languages
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call systems)
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Strong listening and convincing skills
Time management and follow-up skills
Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage
Working Conditions
Office-based / Call center environment
Day shift (timings as per company policy)
