Job Overview
NIV Lights Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand the customer base. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates up to 2 years are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers
Promote and sell company products to clients
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Follow up on inquiries and close sales effectively
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing and presentation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Customer-focused approach
Target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in sales preferred
