Job Overview
NIV Lights Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain company data accurately. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in internal systems and supporting administrative operations. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company systems and databases
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required
Maintain proper digital and physical records
Prepare basic reports using Excel or internal software
Coordinate with different departments to collect required information
Ensure timely completion of assigned data tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Required Skills
Good typing speed with accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Familiarity with computer operations
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Good time management and discipline
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
