Title: Graphic Designer
Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually engaging designs that support branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will translate ideas into impactful visuals across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Role & Responsibilities
Design creatives for digital and print materials including social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and presentations
Develop designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute design requirements
Create layouts, infographics, advertisements, and promotional materials
Ensure consistency in colors, fonts, imagery, and overall design style
Edit and optimize images and graphics for various platforms
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Perform additional design-related tasks as assigned
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Relevant design certifications are a plus
Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
Experience in digital and print design
Strong creativity, visual thinking, and attention to detail
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
