Title: Marketing Executive – Medical Equipment
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote and market medical equipment and healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth by effectively communicating product value to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
Promote and market medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare institutions
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for doctors and medical staff
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions and achieve revenue targets
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and healthcare professionals
Conduct market research and analyze competitor products and pricing
Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance
Ensure all marketing activities comply with medical and regulatory guidelines
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare products
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical and clinical product features clearly
Experience in B2B or healthcare marketing is preferred
Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and events
Negotiation and relationship-building skills
Understanding of marketing strategies, lead generation, and branding
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus
