Title: Sales Executive
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and delivering effective solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Present and promote products or services to potential and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Sales or CRM-related certifications are an advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
