Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks while supporting daily administrative and operational activities.
Responsibilities:
– Enter, update, and verify data in databases and company systems.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency.
– Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
– Organize and manage digital and physical records efficiently.
– Generate basic reports using Excel or similar tools.
– Ensure data confidentiality and follow data security guidelines.
– Coordinate with internal teams for data-related requirements.
– Perform regular data backups and updates.
– Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
– 0–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office roles (freshers can apply).
– Good typing speed with high accuracy.
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
– Good time management and multitasking abilities.
