Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
– Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
– 0–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles (freshers can apply).
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
– Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
– Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.

Qualifications:

– Experience in customer care, call center, or support roles is an advantage.
