Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will support design, development, testing, and manufacturing activities while gaining hands-on experience in mechanical engineering processes. This role is well-suited for recent graduates eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world engineering projects.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and systems
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and troubleshooting
Perform basic design calculations and analysis
Assist in testing, inspection, and validation of mechanical parts and assemblies
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Support manufacturing and assembly processes
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety norms, and quality requirements
Maintain records, reports, and technical documentation
Perform additional engineering-related tasks as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Internship or academic project experience is an advantage
Relevant technical certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles
Knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar)
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T fundamentals
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
