Job Description

Title: Sales Executive

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will promote products or services, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Present and promote products or services to prospective and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Perform additional sales-related duties as assigned

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Sales or customer relationship management certifications are a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Ability to understand products and explain benefits clearly
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets
Time management and follow-up skills
