Title: IT HR Executive

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented IT HR Executive to manage human resource functions with a focus on IT recruitment and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing technical talent, handling HR operations, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies while working closely with technical and management teams.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand technical requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for staffing needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Support employee engagement, retention, and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures
Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for attendance and salary processing
Address employee queries and support grievance handling
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment analytics

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR or recruitment certifications are an added advantage

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes
Experience with recruitment portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
High attention to detail and confidentiality handling
