Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation, blogs, and digital content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices.
Role & Responsibilities
Create high-quality technical content including blogs, documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and guides
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences
Conduct in-depth research to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical inputs
Write SEO-optimized content to improve online visibility and engagement
Edit, proofread, and maintain content quality, consistency, and brand tone
Update and maintain existing content to reflect product or technology changes
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
Follow content standards, style guides, and documentation best practices
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
Certifications in Technical Writing, Content Marketing, or SEO are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong technical writing and content creation skills
Basic understanding of software development and technical concepts
Familiarity with technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, APIs, and Web Development
Proficiency with CMS and documentation tools
Strong research, editing, and proofreading abilities
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines
