Title: MERN Stack Developer
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions, developing RESTful APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven applications.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards
Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend/frontend teams
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Support application deployment, maintenance, and feature enhancements
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications in Full Stack Development or JavaScript technologies are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Basic knowledge of testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Awareness of secure coding practices and OWASP standards
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
