Title: Tele Caller

Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Tele Caller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, handling customer queries, and supporting sales and customer engagement activities.

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound calls as required
Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets
Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a polite and professional tone
Coordinate with sales and support teams for lead handover and issue resolution
Ensure timely follow-ups with interested customers
Adhere to company communication standards and call quality guidelines

Education / Certification
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Telecalling, sales, or customer service training is an added advantage

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Familiarity with CRM systems or call management tools
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Target-oriented mindset
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
