Title: Data Researcher
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Researcher to support data-driven decision-making across digital marketing and business operations. The role involves collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that improve campaign performance, market understanding, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has strong research skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into clear reports.
Role & Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal systems, digital platforms, and external research sources
Conduct market, audience, competitor, and trend research to support digital marketing strategies
Support SEO, paid campaigns, and content teams with keyword research, performance data, and insights
Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reports and dashboards
Prepare regular research reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions
Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative research methods
Assist in A/B testing analysis, conversion tracking, and performance benchmarking
Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align research with business objectives
Maintain research documentation, data sources, and methodologies
Ensure timely delivery of insights aligned with marketing calendars and business priorities
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
Certifications in Data Analytics, Market Research, Digital Marketing Analytics, or Excel/SQL are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of data research, analysis, and reporting techniques
Experience working with digital marketing data (SEO, PPC, social media, email metrics)
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic knowledge of SQL or databases
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms
Ability to interpret data and convert findings into actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple research tasks and meet deadlines
