Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing online visibility, generating leads, and optimizing campaigns through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising
Oversee website performance, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, campaigns, and digital assets
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display, retargeting)
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies
Collaborate with design, content, sales, and development teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI
Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members as required
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and adherence to marketing calendars
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, or Marketing Automation are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools)
Experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools
Strong content strategy and copywriting knowledge
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
