Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
– Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
– Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
– Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
– Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
– Meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
– 0–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
– Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
– Familiarity with CRM tools, call handling, and ticketing systems.
– Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
– Prior experience in customer support or call center operations (preferred).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong time management and documentation skills.
