Job Title: Trainee Engineer – Production

Job Overview:
As a Trainee Engineer in the Production department, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring that production targets are met. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and develop skills in process improvement.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the production process under the guidance of experienced engineers
– Identify and troubleshoot production issues
– Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met
– Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
– Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– No prior experience required, but an internship or coursework in manufacturing is a plus
