Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with at least 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of Java-based applications.
Responsibilities:
– Designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications
– Leading a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle
– Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
– Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
– Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Java development
– Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, and related technologies
– Proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks
– Experience with Agile development methodologies
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
