Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
– Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and referrals.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
– Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
– Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
– Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
– Familiarity with tech industry trends and skill requirements.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Qualifications:
– 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
– Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
– Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Certification in HR or recruitment (preferred but not required).
