Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Team Leader with at least 4 years of relevant experience to oversee our WordPress development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPress development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of WordPress developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
– Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members.
– Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute WordPress projects.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– At least 4 years of experience in WordPress development.
– Strong leadership and project management skills.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
– Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
