Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Operator & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of elevators within our facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of elevator mechanics, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures to ensure smooth and safe operation at all times.

Responsibilities:
1. Operate elevators to transport passengers or freight in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Perform regular maintenance and inspections of elevators to ensure they are in proper working condition.
3. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or technical issues with elevators.
4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
5. Train and supervise elevator operators and maintenance staff.
6. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an elevator operator and maintenance supervisor.
2. Strong knowledge of elevator mechanics, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
6. High attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification in elevator operation and maintenance preferred.
3. Additional certifications in mechanical or electrical engineering a plus.
