We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bench Sales Manager with 4 years of experience to join our team. The Bench Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of available IT consultants on the bench, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful placement of consultants on projects.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the sales of available IT consultants on the bench.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
– Identify project opportunities and position consultants based on client requirements.
– Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients.
– Monitor consultant placements and oversee contract renewals.
– Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and bench status.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 4+ years of experience in bench sales within the IT staffing industry.
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
