Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Experience: 1–2 Years (Must be from Logistics Industry)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Data Entry Operator is to input, update, maintain, and retrieve data in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Input, update, and maintain data in the database
– Verify data accuracy and completeness
– Generate reports based on the data input
– Ensure data confidentiality and secure information in accordance with company policies
– Identify and correct errors in the data entry process
– Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator
– Proficient in data entry and management
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of data processing tools and software
– Basic mathematical skills
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus

Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and other data processing software
– Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry techniques
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Effective communication skills
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
