We are seeking a capable and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
– Handle employee relations by addressing queries, grievances, and conflicts in a professional manner
– Manage the performance appraisal process and assist in the development of performance improvement plans
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Conduct training sessions on various HR topics
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications:
