Job Title: Team Lead – WordPress
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with at least 7 years of WordPress development experience to lead our web development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of developers in creating, maintaining, and updating WordPress websites for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of WordPress developers
– Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of WordPress projects
– Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
– Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of WordPress websites
– Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
– Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in WordPress development
– Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively
– Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
– Experience working with custom themes, plugins, and APIs in WordPress
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
