Job Title: Implementation Databricks Lead

Job Overview:
The Implementation Databricks Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Databricks solutions within the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of Databricks platforms, optimizing data pipelines, and driving data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the implementation of Databricks solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
– Design and develop data pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Databricks best practices.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Databricks platforms and data pipelines.
– Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to analyze data and extract valuable insights.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Databricks technology.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Databricks and big data technologies.
– Proven experience leading Databricks implementation projects from start to finish.
– Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and best practices.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience in implementing and managing Databricks solutions.
– Strong understanding of data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehousing.
– Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– Demonstrate a passion for data-driven decision making and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
