We are seeking a Relationship Manager with 3 years of experience to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and promoting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and driving business growth through relationship building.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
– Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account status and performance
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
– Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth through client retention and acquisition efforts
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
– Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
– Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
