Job Responsibilities:
Assist senior management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication flow.
Handle travel arrangements, expense tracking, and document management.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Gender Preference: Open for All (Male / Female)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
