Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resume Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience in writing resumes and cover letters for a variety of industries. The Resume Writer will be responsible for crafting compelling and customized resumes that effectively showcase our clients’ qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to gather information about their work experience, skills, and career goals
– Develop personalized resumes and cover letters that highlight clients’ strengths and achievements
– Edit and proofread resumes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in resume writing
– Collaborate with clients to make revisions and adjustments to their resumes as needed
– Provide guidance and advice to clients on job search strategies and interview preparation

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
– Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in professional resume writing
– Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
– Strong understanding of different industries and job markets
– Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and how to optimize resumes for ATS
– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Certification in resume writing (preferred)
