Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified academic candidates.
– Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
– Review resumes and credentials to match candidates with suitable academic positions.
– Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ qualifications for academic roles.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand academic staffing needs and requirements.
– Coordinate recruitment events and represent the institution at job fairs and campus events.
– Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a recruiter in an academic setting.
– Knowledge of academic recruitment processes and best practices.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Qualifications:
– Experience in academic recruitment preferred.
– Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
– Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
