Job Summary:
Amin Migration LLP is seeking a smart and result-oriented female candidate to join the team as a Visa Sales Operation Officer. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills, with prior experience in the immigration or visa sales sector. This role involves both B2B and B2C client handling, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming B2B and B2C sales leads and convert them into clients
Counsel clients regarding visa options and application processes
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Develop partnerships with agents and educational institutes to generate business
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth application processing
Maintain records and follow up using CRM tools
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience in visa or immigration sales (mandatory)
Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management
Goal-oriented, proactive, and client-focused approach
