Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced iOS Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of iOS developers. The ideal candidate will lead the development of high-quality iOS applications, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of iOS developers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS applications.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define project requirements.
Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions.
Stay updated with iOS development trends, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills:
Expert knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, and iOS SDK.
Experience with Core Data, RESTful APIs, and app lifecycle management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
