Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Purchase Executive with 2-3 years of experience to handle procurement activities within our organization. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet our company’s operational needs.

Responsibilities:
– Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
– Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
– Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information.
– Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to maintain adequate stock levels.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
– Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Familiarity with procurement regulations and procedures.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
