Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and execute high-quality HVAC installations and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VRF systems, ducting design and installation, team management, and client/vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects.
Prepare BOQs and BOMs.
Review and approve technical drawings and plans.
Lead and manage project teams, including hiring as needed.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure timely project completion within scope and budget.
Maintain site safety and quality standards.
Skills Required:
Expertise in HVAC systems (VRF, ducting, installation).
Strong knowledge of project documentation and planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
